Warranty Terms

Last updated: 2026-06-01

1. The warranty provider (Nuevo OÜ; 11353782) provides a sales warranty for the goods in accordance with these terms.

2. A consumer within the meaning of these terms is a natural person, provided that the purchase of the goods is not related to their independent economic or professional activity.

3. If a material, design, or manufacturing defect appears in the goods during the warranty period, the warranty provider will arrange for the goods to be repaired free of charge.

4. If the repair of the goods is unsuccessful or, in the opinion of the warranty provider, not economically feasible, the warranty provider will replace the goods free of charge.

5. If the repair of the goods is unsuccessful or not economically feasible in the opinion of the warranty provider, but replacement is impossible (especially if the same product is no longer produced), the warranty provider will refund the money paid for the goods.

6. The sales warranty does not apply if:

6.1. The serial number of the goods is not identifiable;

6.2. The defect is caused by misuse;

6.3. The defect is caused by natural wear and tear;

6.4. The defect is caused by unusual environmental influences (excessive moisture, heat, etc.);

6.5. The defect is caused by an accident (e.g., dropping the item);

6.6. The defect is caused by failure to follow the instructions in the user manual or other documents provided with the goods;

6.7. The maintenance book, user manual, or other document provided with the goods specifies periodic maintenance and the Buyer has not contacted the warranty provider’s representative in time to perform it.

7. The sales warranty ends:

7.1. Upon expiration of the warranty period;

7.2. If the serial number of the goods is removed or damaged;

7.3. If the goods are repaired or an attempt to repair them is made by a person other than the warranty provider.

8. If a material, design, or manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to contact the online store during the warranty period at hello@myhedon.com.

9. At the request of the warranty provider’s representative, the Buyer must present a document proving the time of purchase (e.g., an invoice or these terms).

10. The warranty provider will repair the goods free of charge within a reasonable period, not exceeding 60 days. The warranty provider will inform the Buyer that the goods have been repaired by phone or email. After the repair, the Buyer can collect the goods from the same location where they were handed over for repair. If the Buyer wishes to use a parcel machine or courier, a transport invoice will be issued.

11. If the repair of the goods is unsuccessful or not economically feasible in the opinion of the warranty provider, the warranty provider will inform the Buyer by phone or email, also stating the earliest date the Buyer can receive the replacement goods.

12. If the repair of the goods is unsuccessful or not economically feasible in the opinion of the warranty provider, but replacement is impossible and the warranty provider has decided to refund the money paid for the goods, the warranty provider will inform the Buyer by phone or email. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to provide their bank account number where the warranty provider can return the money paid for the goods. The warranty provider will return the money within 14 days of receiving the bank account number from the Buyer. Refunding money to a third party’s bank account is only possible based on a written application from the Buyer.

13. The warranty provider does not compensate the Buyer for transport costs or for damages resulting from the inability to use the goods during their breakdown and repair period. Under no circumstances will the warranty provider compensate the Buyer for lost income.

14. In addition to the rights arising from the sales warranty, the consumer Buyer also has other rights provided by law.
