Returning products in case of unsuitability

 

1.1. Goods purchased from the MyHedon.com online store are subject to the warranty and return procedures provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. A 14-day right of return applies to purchased goods from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of the following goods (pursuant to Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act):


 

4-1) the delivery of a sealed item that is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and if it has been opened after delivery.


 

1.2. The customer must notify their wish to return within 14 days of receiving the goods by completing the order return application at the bottom of the page.


 

1.3. Returned goods must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.


 

1.3.1. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.


 

1.3.2. For hygiene reasons, used or tried products cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or defective. Please be sure of your purchase before buying and check the contraindications on the product page!


 

1.4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.


 

1.5. The money for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs will also be refunded.


 

1.6. The customer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, which has the competence to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the value of the disputed goods is over €20 (review of the complaint by the committee is free of charge).


 
Returning products in case of a product defect

 

2.1. MyHedon.com online store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which appears within two years of delivery to the buyer. During the first year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the online store.


 

2.2. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store by sending an email to hello@myhedon.com.


 

2.3. MyHedon.com online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.


 

2.4. MyHedon.com online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.


 

2.5. If the goods purchased from MyHedon.com online store have defects for which the store is responsible, the store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
